My support is always tailored to your needs. Lactation support, if you need it, is part and parcel of hiring me and does not need to be calculated or priced out separately from postpartum doula support.
My role is to nurture the whole family. I offer practical and emotional support in areas such as:
Infant Care: Support for infant feeding (breast, bottle, combination), infant hygiene, infant calming and sleep strategies, safe baby wearing.
Parent Wellness: Prioritizing parent rest and recovery, developing new parent coping skills, and providing essential emotional support.
Family & Home: Supporting older siblings through the transition, assisting with light household tasks or organization, and connecting you with local community resources.
I have training to support families through common feeding challenges and can offer guidance on:
Mechanics: Positioning, latch techniques, and understanding milk transfer.
Supply: Establishing and maintaining a healthy milk supply.
Important Note: I am not an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I do not provide medical advice. For concerns requiring diagnosis or medical management (such as mastitis, tongue tie, or complex medical history), I will refer you to an IBCLC or other qualified healthcare provider.
I offer flexible pricing designed to meet your family's particular needs. Hourly rates are scaled to provide quick access when necessary while also offering a lower rate when more support is needed. I offer free consultations prior to booking any service to ensure that the support I offer is the right fit for you and your needs.
Under 3 hours/week: My rates start at $25/half hour or $50/hour. Shorter appointments are ideal for quick in-person or virtual check-ins and for focused support on specific topics.
One 3-hour shift: One 3 hour shift is priced at $125. This could be used for a visit during pregnancy to complete postpartum planning and help with home organization before baby arrives. It could also be a single visit to debrief your birth experience and early days with your baby in a compassionate and judgment-free space. 3 hours of postpartum support is a great trial shift if you're unsure about a longer commitment, and it also makes for a great gift! Loved ones can gift my help (with your permission) to lighten your postpartum load.
4+ hours/week (may be divided across multiple shifts): When you book at least 4 hours of support you will get my best rate, which is $40/hour. We will work together to establish a schedule of support that fits your needs.
** An additional premium will apply for support provided during overnight hours. We will discuss and agree on all the details during the consultation phase.
There are two main ways to connect with me and start working together. I strive to respond promptly to all inquiries, and I want to ensure you get the right support from day one!
I am happy to offer a free consultation via chat, phone or video call. I'd love to hear from you through Facebook or Instagram to chat about what support you need and how I can be of service. You can also get in touch with me through the contact form on this website.
Ready to share the details? My Intake Form is designed to give me a comprehensive understanding of your family's unique situation, needs, and priorities for support. You can also submit this form for service inquiries even if we have not previously connected for a consultation.
Accessibility is an core value for me as a doula. I firmly believe that every family deserves access to the support and resources they need.
If financial means are a barrier to hiring me, but you need support, please still reach out. Your family's well-being is my priority, and I am committed to providing whatever resources I can.
