My name is Alyssa, and I'm a postpartum doula. I know bringing a new baby home is an exciting milestone, and it can come with questions or uncertainty. Every mother and family will have different needs, some of which they have planned for and others that are unexpected. 

My experience and training helps support this transition with evidence-based techniques and strategies. As a postpartum doula, my support could include:

• infant feeding help

• infant sleep help

• post-birth processing and emotional support

• new parent coping skills and confidence

• light housework and meal prep

• help caring for older siblings
